Anna Hartog has experience in litigation arising under state and federal employment laws. At Jones Day her practice is concentrated on representing and counseling management in labor and employment issues such as traditional labor matters and employment litigation, including representing employers in front of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other state and local fair employment agencies. She has substantive experience litigating class action raising various type of claims, including claims under wage and hour laws and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Anna was an associate in Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal's corporate group where she handled and counseled on public and private mergers and acquisitions and securities and public company law.
