Lindsey is an associate in the firm of Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association. She is a member of the Trade Regulation Section and practices principally in the areas of trade regulation and intellectual property law.
Lindsey is admitted to practice in Minnesota, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. She is a member of Minnesota Women Lawyers. In 2006, Lindsey authored "Determining a Corporation's Principal Place of Business: A Uniform Approach to Diversity Jurisdiction" in the Minnesota Law Review.
Lindsey received her B.B.A. with distinction in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she was elected to Order of the Coif. During law school, she served as research/managing editor of the Minnesota Law Review and also as a legal research and writing student instructor for two years. She joined Briggs in 2007.
