Anne Woolf Sapp is "of counsel" with the firm. Anne has more than 26 years of professional legal experience. Anne was a former partner at Dwyer, White and Sapp before starting her own firm of Anne W. Sapp, P.C.
Anne has represented the Georgia Department of Transportation her entire professional career, and has been a Special Assistant Attorney general since 1991, having served in such capacity under Attorney's General Michael Bowers, Thurbert Baker and Samuel Olens. Anne has specialized in handling eminent domain matters for the Georgia Department of Transportation all over the State of Georgia.
Anne has also served as outside eminent domain counsel for the City of Atlanta. Some of the projects that Anne has handled for the City include the Nancy Creek Sewer Tunnel Project, the Stockade Sewer Easement Project, the Vine/Rock Street Project, the West CSO Project and the Greenspace project.
Occasionally, Anne has represented property owners in eminent domain matters against various local governments.
Because of her experience in eminent domain matters, Anne has also been selected as a mediator by the parties and their attorneys to facilitate resolution rather than prolonging the litigation.
