Bradford Hardin is a senior associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Investigations and Criminal Litigation and Government and Regulatory Litigation practice groups. He is also a member of the firm's Privilege Standing Committee and False Claims Act Working Group. Mr. Hardin joined the firm in 2010.
Practice
Mr. Hardin has a broad litigation practice and represents companies and individuals in both civil and criminal matters in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. His practice is primarily focused on representation of financial institutions and other companies in criminal and regulatory inquiries, in disputes with or involving the Federal Government, and in litigation in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia "Rocket Docket."
Mr. Hardin also maintains an active pro bono practice, involving civil rights litigation and collateral proceedings in criminal matters including habeas corpus and immigration/asylum.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hardin completed clerkships for the Honorable Ira DeMent and the Honorable Mark E. Fuller, both of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama.
