Joshua Salzman is a senior associate in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation, Government and Regulatory Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Groups. He joined the firm in 2007.
Practice
Mr. Salzman has represented a diverse array of clients in trial and appellate litigation in subjects including complex commercial disputes, patent law and constitutional law. He has helped author briefs in several state and federal appellate courts. Mr. Salzman’s pro bono work has included drafting briefs to the US Supreme Court on behalf of organizations including the NAACP, the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Prior to joining the firm, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Bruce M. Selya on the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
