Hardt, Jonathan Lloyd

Jonathan Hardt is a senior associate in the firm's Litigation/Controversy and Securities Department. He joined the firm in 2007.

Practice

Mr. Hardt's practice is varied and diverse, involving patent litigation, securities enforcement and litigation matters, and internal investigations. During his time at the firm Mr. Hardt has represented clients in patent litigation involving computer and biopharmaceutical technologies. Mr. Hardt has also assisted clients in proceedings before the Securities and Exchange Commission and has worked on several internal investigations.

In addition to his 2006-2007 clerkship with the Honorable David Folsom for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Mr. Hardt has been a judicial intern to the Honorable Emilio Garza for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
