Chris’ primary areas of practice include real estate and general business transactions. Chris represents clients in all apsects of commercial real estate transactions, including aqcquisition, financing, development and disposition of retail, multi-family and office properties. Chris also represents commercial landlords and tenants in all aspects of retail and office leasing. Chris represents business clients in formation and structuring of entities, purchases and sales of businesses, mergers and reorganizations, borrowing and lending and various other contractual agreements.
