Charles Saber joined Dickstein Shapiro in 1979 and is a partner in the firm's Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Saber has been in private practice for more than 30 years. He focuses on all aspects of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent, trademark, and trade dress litigation. Mr. Saber also has extensive experience in complex civil litigation outside the intellectual property area, including antitrust, labor and commercial disputes. These endeavors have involved both trial litigation, as well as appellate proceedings before courts of appeal throughout the country.
