Ms. Hannah has extensive experience in litigating all phases of complex construction, land use, real estate, commercial and business dispute cases, including substantial jury trial practice, appellate practice, and alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Hannah's experience includes the representation of a number of owners, contractors, architects, and engineers in multi-party construction defect cases. In addition, Ms. Hannah has also represented a number of businesses regarding breach of fiduciary duty and covenant not to compete claims.
