Mr. Ríos-Rivera practices civil and commercial litigation at the trial and appellate court levels in state and federal courts.

Mr. Ríos-Rivera has extensive practice in civil and commercial litigation, commercial collections, foreclosures, and bankruptcy for the main banking institutions in Puerto Rico. He also has considerable experience in civil rights litigation as counsel for incumbent and former public officers.
