Hancock, Michael F.

William S. Ryan has been a member of the Illinois Bar for 12 years. A graduate of DePaul Law School, the University of Illinois and Fenwick High School. He served as a Secretary of State Hearing Officer and Prosecutor for 5 years, hearing petitions for the reinstatement of driving privileges for those drivers with multiple DUI arrests. He is presently the Administrative Law Judge and Adjudication Officer for the Village of Franklin Park.
