Hamilton, Mike

Born in Gladewater, Texas, February 7, 1960, David was admitted to the Texas bar in 1987. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas. David received his education at Baylor University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in religion, magna cum laude/Phi Beta Kappa, in 1982. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 1987, and a Master of Arts in philosophy in 2002. Mr. Russell is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In law school he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, the Baylor Order of Barristers, and competed in the National Trial Advocacy Competition. He was a member of the Executive Committee of the Amarillo Bar Association from 2000-2002 and is a member of the State Bar of Texas. David is rated A-V by Martindale-Hubbell, and was recognized as a Super Lawyer in the area of Personal Injury Litigation by Texas Monthly and Law & Politics.
