Hale, Mary L.

Mr. Haith is a member in the tort litigation and business litigation practice areas.  He concentrates his practice on commercial and corporate litigation, construction/real estate litigation, tort litigation, and probate and trust litigation.  Mr. Haith has extensive state and federal trial, appellate, mediation and arbitration experience.  He assists clients in all phases of construction contract drafting, negotiations, lien and bond claims, and dispute resolution.  Mr. Haith also assists individuals and businesses at multiple levels in business planning, organization and problem-solving.

Mr. Haith formerly served with the ARC, a national non-profit service corporation, where he dealt with management and employment law issues, undertook various organizational restructuring projects and addressed long-term funding issues.
