David Hager represents developers in connection with acquisitions and development of real estate assets including commercial and retail space. Mr. Hager also represents institutional lenders and borrowers in financing of commercial real estate assets and restructuring of existing investments including mortgage and mezzanine lending, senior secured facilities and participations and co-lender arrangements. He advises landlords and tenants on commercial leasing transactions.

Mr. Hager received his J.D. cum laude in 2005 from Fordham University School of Law. He received his M.S. in management from Boston University in 1999 and his B.A. from Thomas Edison State College in 1995. Mr. Hager is a member of the New York, Connecticut and New Jersey State Bars.
