For more than two decades, John Rounsaville represented major companies, partnerships and non-profit entities in a broad range of litigation matters. Mr. Rounsaville retired from active practice in 2005.

Practice

Mr. Rounsaville represented clients in civil and criminal investigations conducted by the Department of Justice and other federal departments and agencies, including ones involving antitrust, defense procurement, health care, pharmaceuticals, banking and transportation issues. He represented individuals and corporate clients in civil litigation, including class actions and also represented lawyers and law firms in Bar Cousel matters and litigation regarding professional legal services.
