Craig M. Rothenberg is a trial lawyer and the founding attorney of the Law Offices of Craig M. Rothenberg, located in Union, New Jersey.  Mr. Rothenberg started the firm in 1989 and has practiced as a civil trial attorney for plaintiffs who suffered personal injuries due to medical malpractice, industrial accidents, construction accidents, accidents due to dangerous products, general motor vehicle accidents and premises liability accidents. Mr. Rothenberg also represents individuals who have been discriminated against in the workplace or who have had their civil rights violated.  

Mr. Rothenberg has settled or obtained verdicts on behalf of his clients totaling more than $100,000,000.00. His most recent and significant result took place in September of 2011, where he was able to secure a $41 Million settlement for an infant plaintiff who suffered devastating injuries due to medical malpractice.  It is believed that this represents the largest settlement ever received by a plaintiff in a New Jersey personal injury case.

Craig M. Rothenberg is a graduate of Rutgers University and New York Law School.  He was admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and U.S. District Court of New Jersey in 1987.  Mr. Rothenberg has also lectured on behalf of the NJ American Association for Justice (formerly known as NJ-ATLA).

In his spare time, Mr. Rothenberg acts as the Board President of Community Action, a non-profit corporation that organizes and runs group homes for the developmentally disabled.
