O'Grady, James F.

Tom has a forty year background working with complex business and technical systems. He applies his systems and problem-solving skills to deliver legal services for: business contract drafting and negotiating,  employer-employee issues, business shareholder and partner matters, and the personal estate planning concerns of business owners. He also provides counsel for business formation, corporation law, shareholder issues, and business dissolution.
 
Tom has a strong background working with many service firms and software technology development organizations, first as a consultant software developer and then as an attorney. He owned and managed a Professional Software Services and Contract Software Programming business for fourteen years. Tom is a founder and served as first president of the North American trade association, TechServe Alliance. In addition, Tom has personal experience working through many of the challenges faced by owners of family businesses and closely held companies.
 
Attorney O'Donohue is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and in the United States District Courts for the Districts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is a member of the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Essex County Bar Association, the Lawrence Bar Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association.
