Bob has broad-based employment and traditional labor experience. He has handled federal and state employment litigation, including all forms of discrimination, harassment and failure to accommodate issues. He has handled ERISA-based litigation matters, Wage and Hour claims and litigation, and has handled a broad range of breach of contract and wrongful discharge lawsuits. His litigation experience includes defense of class action claims relating to employment matters.

Bob has extensive experience in managing administrative agency investigations relating to discrimination issues.

Bob also has extensive experience handling traditional labor issues, including litigating labor arbitration cases, as well as conducting election campaigns and handling proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.

Bob also assists clients regularly with day-to-day counseling issues. He has also assisted numerous clients with workforce restructuring and reduction issues, has reviewed wage and hour exemptions, and has analyzed independent contractor and other alternative work arrangements.

Finally, Bob regularly conducts employee and management training through Fraser Stryker.

Bob has received a variety of peer recognition awards, and is the only Nebraska attorney who is both a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American College of Labor and Employment Attorneys.
