Mark Rotatori is a trial lawyer who has extensive experience litigating class action and multiparty civil cases in jurisdictions around the United States. He has successfully tried cases to verdict in various courts and has participated in numerous appeals.

Mark has litigated a variety of commercial matters, including complex business tort and contract litigation, tax litigation, consumer fraud litigation involving lenders and manufacturers, construction disputes, warranty litigation, and utility-related disputes before courts and the Illinois Commerce Commission. For example, he led a team that recently obtained a judgment on behalf of Illinois American Water Company in a class action filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois relating to complaints about water service that were the subject of a local CBS affiliate's nightly news investigation. He also successfully tried to verdict a tax case on behalf of Bridgestone/Firestone in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.

Another major focus of Mark's practice includes the defense of product liability lawsuits. These cases have run the gamut in size ranging from class actions and multidistrict litigation to single plaintiff personal injury suits. The majority of these cases have involved pharmaceuticals, medical foods, and medical devices. Mark has achieved tremendous results for the Firm's pharma and medical device clients, including several judgments in their favor in both state and federal courts in and outside of Illinois.
