Eric L. Grogan is presently an associate concentrating his practice in medical malpractice, including physician, long-term care, and dental. He joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in 2005, bringing with him significant experience in the field of medical malpractice.
In his career to date, Eric has handled several hundred medical malpractice matters, having represented a large number of physicians and dentists in professional malpractice matters.
He has taken approximately 30 cases to trial, all of which were tried to a jury, the great majority of which resulted in defense verdicts. A number of the remaining matters resulted in resolutions or verdicts involving amounts significantly below the settlement demands.
Eric graduated from Princeton University in 1988, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. There, he was the recipient of the Moles Award. He graduated from Rutgers School of Law, Newark, in 1992. Following graduation from law school, Eric worked at several firms where he concentrated in defense of medical, dental, and hospital malpractice matters.
