Randy Grossman is a trial lawyer who has tried more than 80 cases to verdict. He represents corporations, officers, directors, and employees in both complex civil litigation and as a white-collar criminal defense attorney. Randy's diverse litigation experience includes class actions, employment law, securities, unfair competition, and complex fraud matters. Randy has tried cases in federal and state courts and represented clients in complex administrative proceedings.
Among other litigation matters, Randy has served as trial counsel representing a mortgage fund in a civil securities fraud case against the Securities Exchange Commission, a hospital in a federal criminal case involving alleged violations of anti-kickbacks, a food distribution company and its president in an environmental crime case brought by the San Diego County District Attorney, and a national retail chain in complex civil litigation involving wage and hour claims and franchise disputes.
Randy is a former deputy district attorney for San Diego County who tried several high-profile cases including a complex and lengthy trial featured on NBC's "Crime and Punishment." He is a member of the California State Bar Association, the Lawyers Representative Committee for the U.S. District Court of Southern California, the Legal Ethics Committee of the San Diego County Bar Association, and the San Diego Enright Inn of Court.
