Ms. Green became associated with the Firm in 1986. She concentrates on contract, corporate, commercial and real estate law. Ms. Green is an Arbitrator on the Commercial Panel of Neutrals of the American Arbitration Association. She has been a seminar leader of Pearl River Offerings for Business Entrepreneurs (PROBE), a workshop to improve the skills of business people and co-chaired the Committee on Economic Issues of the Rockland County Commission on Women's Issues, an advisory commission to the Rockland County Legislature. She also has served as a member of the Advisory Boards of Meals on Wheels and the Rockland County Office of the Aging.
In addition to membership in the New York State Bar Association, Ms. Green has been an active member of the Rockland County Bar Association where she has served on several committees, including as co-chair of the Judicial Screening Committee. She is a founder and the first President of the Rockland County Women's Bar Association, which she has served in many other leadership positions, including Treasurer, Director, and chair of its Task Force on Women in the Courts. As an active member of the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York, she has served as a Director and with the Hon. Lee Price, Co-Chaired the Gender Bias Committee.
A graduate of the Bronx High School of Science, Ms. Green received her undergraduate education from The City College of New York, B.S. 1966, and law school education from Pace University Law School, J.D., 1982, cum laude, where she was Research and Writing Editor of Pace Law Review. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the U.S. District Court of New York, Eastern and Southern Districts, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Ms. Green has also been active in many community organizations, including serving as Treasurer and President of her synagogue.
