We are proud of Steven Morey Greenberg's accomplishments, both in the practice of law and his volunteer service to the community:

Mr. Greenberg's practice spans many areas of the law including commercial litigation and transactions, probate/family dispute litigation, guardianship matters, estate administration and litigation.

He has been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey Chancery Division and Law Division as follows: Administrator of estates, Special Fiscal Agent, Receiver, Rent Receiver, Presiding Condemnation Commissioner, Trustee, Attorney for incapacitated persons and Guardian and Guardian ad Litem of elderly persons, the infirm and persons with various physical, psychological, emotional and developmental disabilities.

Mr. Greenberg has been included in the New Jersey Super Lawyers®¹ list published by Thomson Reuters for each year 2006 through 2012, Business Litigation.  He has also been included in the list of AV® rated attorneys published by Martindale-Hubbell®¹ for more than 30 years.

Steven Morey Greenberg has consistently volunteered his time and expertise to assist others. His volunteer, pro bono, activities include service on the Boards of Directors of, and/or as an officer of, numerous non-profit/charitable organizations. In many instances, he has been a leader in establishing and/or revitalizing these organizations. In other instances, he has contributed his legal services fee of charge.

In recognition of his service to the community, Mr. Greenberg has been honored by many organizations.
