Greene, Andrea L.

Prior to joining Shimoda Law Corp. as an Associate, Mr. Rodriguez was a Law Clerk for the firm. His experience includes working in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour, class actions, discrimination based on disability, age, sex, and race, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and administrative hearings. He also has trial experience, acting as second-chair in a successful two week employment jury trial.

Before working at Shimoda Law Corp. Mr. Rodriguez was a Sacramento County Bar Association Diversity fellow with the law firm of Farmer, Smith & Lane, LLP, where his experience focused on civil litigation and arbitration practice.
