Phillip Barton currently serves in the Wills/Probate and Estate Planning section of the Davis Law Firm. He received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. He is a graduate of Saint Mary's School of Law where he served as a staff writer and editor of the Saint Mary's Law Journal. During law school, Phillip served as an intern to Judge Edward Prado on the Federal Fifth Circuit, working in federal appellate law, and as a law clerk at Mani and Sloan, PLLC, doing title opinions and oil and gas work. Today, his practice consists primarily of estate planning and probate.
