Born in 1977, Ms. Green was graduated from Yale University, magna cum laude, in 1999, and from Harvard Law School, magna cum laude, in 2003. Following law school, Ms. Green spent one year at New York University’s Office of Legal Counsel as the National Center on Philanthropy and the Law Fellow. Ms. Green was thereafter an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP from 2004-06, served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jed. S. Rakoff, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, from 2006-07, and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert A. Katzmann, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, from 2007-08. Ms. Green joined LS&W in 2008.
