Primary areas of practice: Bankruptcy, Credit Collections, Landlord/Tenant, Family Law, Business Consultation, Real Estate, Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury. Prior to joining the firm, Jacqueline owned and managed Grasso Law Offices in Seekonk, Massachusetts for over ten years. Jacqueline received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Education from Providence College. She received her Juris Doctor from Southern New England School of Law, where she was awarded with the Francis J. Larkin Award for Student Service. She is the first recipient of the Pro Bono Publico Award from the Bristol County Bar Association and New Center for Legal Advocacy in Massachusetts. Jacqueline was an Adjunct Professor of Law for Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. She is presently an Adjunct Professor of Law at Southern New England School of Law, North Dartmouth, Massachusetts.She served as a consultant and lecturer for the Center for Women & Enterprise and Rhode Island Small Business Development Center in Providence. In addition, she serves as Chief Municipal Court Judge for the Town of Bristol, Rhode Island. Jacqueline is a member of the Association of Municipal Court Judges, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations, the Bristol County Bar Association, and the Rhode Island Domestic Relations Inn of Court. Jacqueline served on the Board of Directors at Mt. St. Charles Academy, the Southern New England School of Law Alumni Association, and is a volunteer attorney for the New Center for Legal Advocacy.
