Mr. Graves is an experienced commercial litigator with extensive trial experience, including fourteen cases tried to verdict. He has represented clients from a variety of industries in a broad range of disputes including contractual disputes, mass tort and product liability actions, defamation, internal investigations, and antitrust claims. Mr. Graves is a cum laude graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. Before joining Cohen & Gresser, he practiced with the firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the New York City Law Department, and as a partner in a general-practice firm.
