Mr. Dwork was born and raised in Southern California. He is first generation on his mother's side, who migrated to the United States from Cuba. Mr. Dwork is fluent in Spanish. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at California State University, Long Beach, in Political Science. Mr. Dwork graduated Magna Cum Laude, with Honors, and completed a Honor's Thesis on the topic of transition from military leadership to political appointment. He received his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in 2003, Cum Laude. He was a participating member of Law Review and Moot Court Honors Board. Since obtaining his law degree, Mr. Dwork has been practicing civil litigation, with a concentration on representing injured victims.
Mr. Dwork has far exceeded the status quo in gaining valuable litigation experience during his relatively young legal career. He has tried multiple jury cases to verdict, has conducted countless settlement conferences through the Court and other forums, and has appeared on a number of Court hearings including argument of complex civil law and motion. Further, Mr. Dwork has participated in and conducted multiple lectures and presentations for various legal organizations.
Mr. Dwork is an active board member of the Banyard Inn of Court, an active member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA), Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), Orange County Bar Association – Young Lawyers Division (YLD), and Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC). He has served on multiple committees with OCTLA and YLD.
Mr. Dwork resides in Long Beach, California. He is active in competitive Jiu Jitsu, competing in national and international tournaments. He has traveled throughout the world, including the Carribean and Europe.
