Rob Graham is originally from Arizona. His undergraduate study at Brigham Young University was in Journalism and Communications. He was employed by IBM as a product analyst and then later, for Novell as a programmer within its Corporate Communications and Training Department.
Subsequently, he was accepted into the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 1992. He was the Chairman of the law school's co-curricular Trial Advocacy Program (1991-92) and received the law school faculty's Award for Distinguished Service (1992).
After graduation, he accepted an associate attorney position with Jimmerson, Davis & Santoro, where he practiced business law and litigation. He was mentored by James J. Jimmerson, a nationally known litigator and represented many celebraties and well-known personalities before the courts in Nevada. Later, he established Kerr & Graham, an estate litigation boutique law firm. In 1994, he joined his wife and several other attorneys in a larger firm of Hoskin Graham & Wilde. This firm later evolved into Graham, Wilde, Harker & Boggess.
In 2001, Rob Graham split from the larger firm to focus on Probate, Estate Planning and Probate Litigation. Since 1992, Rob Graham has been primarily practicing in Probate, Probate Litigation, and Estate Planning with a smaller portion of his practice dedicated to Business (formation and litigation) and State Administrative Law.
He is very active in service organizations and is currently on the Exectutive Board of Girls and Boys Town of Nevada, Where he has most recently served in the capacity of Secretary of the organization. He has received many recognitions for his regular service to the community including several awards and citations from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and the Clark County Bar Association. He served as a board member with the Bar Association in 1995 and as Editor-in-chief of the organization's legal journal two years prior to his board appointment.
He has been married 21 years to Linda Graham and has three children, ages 6, 9 and 10 years. His hobbies include music and journalism. He is the owner and publisher of the politically conservative publication "Beehive Standard Weekly," and a Pizza Restaurant called "Slice of Tuscany."
