Margaret Gramann has extensive experience in the areas of employee benefits and deferred compensation. She has advised clients on matters involving the design and administration of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans; welfare benefit plans; fiduciary responsibility and prohibited transactions; reporting and disclosure; the employee benefits aspects of corporate mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and reorganizations; securities law compliance of company stock offerings in a retirement plan; plan terminations; COBRA and HIPAA compliance; and cafeteria plans. She is also experienced in executive compensation matters, including the design and implementation of deferred compensation arrangements and severance programs for executives.
