Dave Roberts focuses his practice on commercial financing and represents banks and other financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and public and private companies in connection with transactional and commercial financing-related matters. He has experience with cross-border and multicurrency transactions, syndicated and single-lender credit facilities, senior and subordinated debt facilities, real estate financing transactions, and acquisition financing transactions.
