Christine Duh is a counsel in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Business Trial Group and the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2006.
Practice
Ms. Duh's practice focuses on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on patent infringement disputes. Ms. Duh has represented clients in a wide variety of industries, including the biotechnology, medical device, computer software, cellular telephony, Internet and gaming industries.
While in law school, Ms. Duh interned with the Criminal Division of the US Attorney's Office in San Francisco, California. Prior to her legal studies, Ms. Duh worked as a senior web engineer for an online comparison shopping website.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Duh was an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation Group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
