Shari Goldsmith represents management clients in employment-related litigation. Shari has experience in single plaintiff, multiplaintiff, class action, and collection action cases arising under Title VII, ERISA, and the FLSA. In addition to litigation defense, Shari's practice includes advising clients on compliance matters and internal employment practices and policies.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Shari participated in the master of laws program at New York University School of Law, where she focussed her studies on labor and employment law. Shari published her master's thesis on employer liability for sexual harassment leading to constructive discharge and the U.S. Supreme Court's upcoming decision in Suders v. Easton in the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Labor and Employment Law.
