Tammi is an experienced adoption attorney who understands the legal and emotional complexities involved in an adoption.  She is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and has dedicated the majority of her career to working with children and families.  Tammi has been the Director of Legal Services and the Executive Director of two of the largest adoption agencies in Florida.  Prior to earning her law degree, Tammi worked as an administrator, consultant, and therapist with children and families involved in the mental health, child welfare, and juvenile justice systems.  Tammi currently handles private adoptions, step-parent and relative adoptions, second parent adoptions, and domestication of foreign judgments.  She also represents expectant/birth parent s and adoption agencies.  Tammi provides consultation to adoptive parents, including review of adoption contracts and agreements.   Additionally, she handles contested adoptions, mediations, and appeals.
