Goldstein, Lindsey

Lindsey Goldstein is an attorney with Baron & Budd's asbestos litigation group, where she works primarily with the firm's Louisiana mesothelioma and asbestos cancer clients throughout the legal process.

While in law school, Goldstein worked at the Legal Aid Board of Durban in Durban, South Africa, where she helped represent impoverished locals who could not afford legal assistance. She also interned for the Honorable Martin Hoffman of the 68th Civil District Court in Dallas and the Honorable Andy Chatham of the 282nd Criminal District Court in Dallas. Goldstein was a member of several competitive moot court teams, where she honed her skills in litigation.

Goldstein earned her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2010, and a B.A. with high honors and a B.S. with high honors from the University of Texas.
