Goldsmith, Shari M.

Ragon Richey practices business law and civil litigation. His practice focuses upon construction law and creditors' rights.  Mr. Richey represents varying segments of the construction industry, including suppliers and subcontractors.  He is Texas counsel for national equipment and material suppliers and vendors.  

Mr. Richey assists clients in drafting and negotiating contracts, perfecting mechanic's/materialman's liens, perfecting payment bond claims, and litigating construction related disputes. 

Mr. Richey is a member of the Construction Law Sections of the Dallas Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry.  He is involved in the National Association of Credit Management (NACM), for whom he gives seminars on Texas lien and bond claim laws.
