Originally from Alabama, Jacob attended Birmingham-Southern College where he graduated with a degree in political science. Jacob played for the Birmingham-Southern tennis team his freshman year and intramural athletics throughout his four years. Following undergrad, Jacob attended the University of Alabama School of Law before moving to Louisiana. Jacob passed the Louisiana bar on his first attempt. Prior to working at the Schwartz Law firm, Jacob worked at the Louisiana State Senate within the legislative bureau. Jacob has been with the firm since 2009. His hobbies include sports, music, reading, and traveling.
