Giuffra, Thomas P.

Tod Reichert is counsel in the Corporate Department at WilmerHale and a member of the firm's Underwriting Group. Mr. Reichert practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on public offerings, venture capital transactions and mergers and acquisitions for life sciences and technology companies.

Practice

Mr. Reichert has advised both public and private companies in connection with a broad range of matters, including IPOs, follow-on public offerings, 144A offerings, cash and stock mergers and going-private transactions. He has counseled numerous start-up companies and venture capital firms in venture capital financings. Mr. Reichert has also represented underwriters in connection with public offerings of securities. A significant portion of his practice involves general corporate work for ongoing clients on matters such as SEC compliance, securities and disclosure issues and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining WilmerHale in 2001, Mr. Reichert was associated with Buchanan Ingersoll in New Jersey. Before attending law school, he spent fourteen years in New York City as a professional actor, appearing in over thirty-five commercials, soap operas and feature films.
