Robert Gingher joined Dickstein Shapiro in 2003 and currently serves as counsel in the Intellectual Property Practice. He has litigated numerous complex, high-stakes patent cases in many venues across the United States. His practice is focused primarily on complex intellectual property litigations as well as prosecution and inter partes reexamination of numerous patent applications and preparation of opinions, relating to various technologies including financial business methods, computer hardware and networking, computer software, Internet telephony, Internet website development, radar, cellular telephony, video games, digital memories, streaming video, bio-electronic impedance measurement, and bioelectric therapy.
