Erica Reed is a senior associate in the Regulatory and Government Affairs Department, and a member of the Antitrust and Competition Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2011.
Past Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Reed was a litigation associate at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP in New York, New York. Her practice included an extensive range of litigation matters including antitrust, complex commercial, white collar, labor and employment, class actions, international disputes and arbitrations.
While pursuing her legal studies, Ms. Reed also served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Eric Washington of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, conducting substantive and procedural legal research and writing, and drafting various court opinions and bench memoranda.
For more than five years, Ms. Reed was a Rockette for Radio City Music Hall. She began a national diversity workshop to train and recruit minority women for the organization. In addition, she was instrumental in implementing a community arts summer program with Harlem School of the Arts and Radio City Music Hall.

Ms. Reed is a member of the American Bar Association Antitrust Section, Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association (BESLA), American Intellectual Property Lawyer’s Association (AIPLA), National Bar Association, Council of Urban Professionals (CUP) and the Asia Society.
