Dan Raskin has represented consumer and business clients in the Bankruptcy Court in metropolitan Atlanta for over 25 years. He previously served as a bankruptcy trustee in the Southern District of Georgia, and for several years supervised the bankruptcy work of approximately 25 attorneys as the Regional Partner for a national consumer law firm. Since 1986 Dan has maintained his offices in North Atlanta, near I-285 and GA 400, helping his clients resolve overwhelming debt problems, including lawsuits, garnishments, foreclosures, and general creditor harassment . He also has extensive experience with the discharge of federal and state income taxes. His successful career can be directly attributed to his personalized and empathetic approach to the practice of law, as well as his extensive knowledge of consumer bankruptcy law, and his familiarity with local bankruptcy process and personnel. Dan is a graduate of Tulane University and Emory University Law School, and has continued his legal education annually by attending comprehensive seminars sponsored by the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Dan is married, lives in Sandy Springs, GA and has two grown children and three dogs.
