Mr. DiFebbo is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department, where his practice includes complex insurance coverage, bad faith and commercial litigation. Mr. DiFebbo has represented insurers in significant cases involving underlying claims alleging environmental pollution and exposure to asbestos and other hazardous substances. Mr. DiFebbo also has experience representing insurance carriers in alternative dispute resolution proceedings such as mediation and arbitration.
