I have been a member of the Alaska Bar Association for 15 years. I currently specialize in domestic violence restraining orders, divorce, child custody and adoptions. I am highly experienced in litigation, spending 12 years as a prosecutor specializing in domestic violence, sexual abuse of minors, sexual assault and online exploitation of children. In 2008 I was awarded Victims for Justice Role Model Award, in 2009 I was named Alaska State Prosecutor of the Year and in 2011, I received the Light of Hope Award. In 2012 I was appointed by Governor Parnell to the Board for the Council on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. I prefer to be in a courtroom and am not afraid to litigate a difficult case.
