Gentile, Carmine Lawrence

HENRY RAMER has concentrated his law practice for the past twenty years on real estate and land use matters for gasoline marketers, quick serve restaurants and general commercial clients. This followed his earlier career as Paterson City Counsel special assistant to the Mayor of the City of Paterson, attorney for the Passaic County Planning Board. West Paterson Board of Education. North Haledon Borough Attorney, and other local entities. He has testified as an expert witness in New Jersey Superior Court in zoning disputes.

He has lectured before sections of the American Bar Association on these subjects and was Chairman of the United Way of Passaic County, Chairman of the New Jersey Israel Commission's Committee of Tourism and Culture, Chairman of the legal committee of New Jersey Common Cause, and on the Board of Trustees of the local Chapter of the American Red Cross. He also was a member of the Passaic County Bar's Fee Arbitration Commission.

Mr. Ramer is admitted to the practice of law in New Jersey and before various federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
