Gaughan, Christopher M.

Dimitri Racklin is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. He is the former chair of Hale and Dorr’s Joint Venture and Fund Formation Group. He joined the firm in 1995. In 2007-2008, Mr. Racklin served as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Fidelity Investments, supporting Devonshire Investors (Fidelity's private equity arm) and its portfolio companies. He rejoined the firm in 2008.

Practice Focus

Mr. Racklin’s practice focuses on corporate transactional, securities and general business matters, with an emphasis on emerging companies and venture capital; domestic and international joint venture, corporate partnering, strategic investment, collaboration/alliance and licensing transactions; private equity; infrastructure project development and financing; and mergers and acquisitions. Over the years, Mr. Racklin has represented technology and life sciences companies, venture capital and private equity firms, financial institutions and clients in the energy, power, manufacturing, financial and professional services, agriculture and other industries.
