Bruce H. Rabinovitz is a partner in the firm's Regulatory and Government Affairs Department, and a member of the Aviation and European Regulatory Practice Groups. He joined the firm in 2000.
Practice
Mr. Rabinovitz has over 30 years of experience representing US and foreign air carriers in a variety of administrative, adjudicatory and enforcement matters before the Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration. He also counsels US and foreign air carriers regarding compliance with US antitrust laws and unfair competition laws administered by the Department of Transportation. Mr. Rabinovitz has extensive experience advising clients involved in aircraft sale, lease, and financing transactions, including negotiating operating, finance and cross-border license agreements; purchase agreements with airframe and engine manufacturers; product support and maintenance agreements; and export sales agreements where the US Ex-Im Bank has been involved.
