Ronald M. Gates has practiced in all phases of business and corporate law involving public and private companies. He assists clients regularly in business formation, choice of entity, asset protection, business expansion, exit and succession planning, purchase and sale of businesses, employment, leases, shareholder and noncompete agreements and contract negotiation and drafting.
