Kimberly Dean joined Todd & Weld LLP as an associate in July 2010.  Ms. Dean concentrates her practice in general business litigation.  Before joining the firm, Ms. Dean was an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice at Goodwin Procter LLP.  Ms. Dean also previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable F. Dennis Saylor IV of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Kimberly Dean received her A.B., cum laude, from Bowdoin College in 1993 and her J.D., summa cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 2003, where she served as Topics Editor and Executive Editor of the Boston College Law Review.  During law school, Ms. Dean also completed a year-long legal internship in the Government Bureau of the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office.
