Luke DeMarte is a partner in the firm's Intellectual Property Group who focuses his practice in trademark, copyright and entertainment law. He also has experience in general commercial transactions and litigation. Mr. DeMarte counsels clients in a wide variety of industries including apparel, hospitality, beverage alcohol, consumer products, financial services, music and more.

Mr. DeMarte assists clients with the acquisition, enforcement and exploitation of intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights, both domestically and abroad. He successfully represents clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. DeMarte has substantial experience handling transactions involving the acquisition, disposition and licensing of intellectual property and business assets.

Mr. DeMarte represents recording artists, producers and record labels in connection with contractual, intellectual property and corporate matters. He also negotiates with talent for endorsements and televised appearances.
